Standard delivery for all boxes boxes is £14.99 within mainland UK via Royal Mail Parcelforce.

Standard delivery is 5 to 7 working days.

Standard delivery for all of the above products is £6.99 and takes 5 to 7 days from ordering.

Important Notice

All large artwork is securely packed and sent via our Royal Mail. All artwork must be signed for. Parcel tracking numbers are available upon request. If you need a tracking number please E-mail us with your order reference and we will send you back your tracking number.

Please note, if for any reason you happen to miss your package Royal Mail will drop a card through your door. You will need to contact them in order to rearrange delivery. If you fail to contact Royal Mail within 72 hrs of receiving your missed parcel card, your item will be sent back to us in which case you will be charged the return costs and the cost for us to resend it out to you again.

As a customer of Katie Heeks Designs it is your responsibility to make sure you make arrangements in order to have someone available on your expected day of delivery. If you require your parcel to be delivered elsewhere or at another address please contact us after placing your order.

Returns

Items are sold as best quality, unless stated otherwise, Items are as per the description and any images displayed. Should the item not match its description then we will either replace the item, subject to availability, or make a full refund.

Under the distance selling Regulations, if you have received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return goods for credit subject to the following conditions:

• You inform us within seven working days of receipt of the product(s)
• You pay the return delivery charges.
• Goods are returned in a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging
• Goods are not 'Personalized Art' item.(see below for details)

‘Create Your items ’ All artworks are provided as a bespoke service to the client on a one to one basis, based on the designs shown on this site. You, as the customer give the artist responsible full creative title to recreate the said artwork based on your size and style requests to the best of his/her ability.

Due to the bespoke status of these artworks, items that are delivered as described and in good condition may not be returned but damaged items will be exchanged free of charge. We reserve the right to charge for reposting returned orders, which have been especially produced to meet your personal requirements.
