Purchases Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights

Only persons aged eighteen years or over may agree to these terms and use the web site or the services offered through the web site.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will post the modified terms on the web site. The modified terms will come into effect as soon as they are posted on the web site and use of the web site (or of any services provided through the web site) after that point will be subject to the modified terms.

Payment:

Katie Heeks Designs are unable to offer any credit facilities, as such all products must be paid for when ordered. We are able to accept, all major credit cards and debit cards via Google Checout,personel cheques (subject to clearance), direct bank transfer.

Any cheques must be made payable to Katie Heeks Designs. Should a cheque be used as a means of payment we will hold your purchase until your payment has cleared.

Cancelling an order:

Once an order has been paid for we will start production. If you need to cancel an order a 20% administration charge will occur if you cancel before we have started your product. Once we have commenced production we cannot cancel an order.

We normally start production within 24 hours of an order being placed.

Delivery:

Delivery costs will vary depending on the final size and destination of the artwork. This cost will be made clear at the point of ordering.

Delivery will be provided for by Royal Mail standard someone will need to be present to sign and collect the product. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that someone is available to take delivery.

Katie Heeks Designs cannot be held responsible for any late, lost or unforeseeable event caused by a delivery date not being met.

You shall be deemed to have accepted the goods after receiving delivery. It is your responsibility to check the delivery before signing for it and we cannot refund any damaged deliveries that have not been logged by Royal Mail at the point of delivery.

Returns:

We will not accept returns without prior agreement and will only accept returns due to damaged products logged at receipt and informed to Royal Mail. On receipt of the returned item we will replace the item and have that delivered to the same address.

Purchasing any item from Katie Heeks Designs does not provide any rights under copyright. All products supplied by Katie Heeks Designs are copyright. Any breech to will be pursued via all legal means.
